Bwin Mobile Betting | WAP Betting at Bwin.com

Bwin are one of the biggest players in online betting. As well as offering some of the best odds and betting options on the web, they also provide several sophisticated options for their customers on the move, via their various mobile gambling solutions.

The simplest service is their WAP website, which is accessed simply by putting wap.bwin.com into your mobile phone’s browser. You can also request a link to be sent to you via SMS if you prefer, on the bwin website.

The functionality of the WAP site is similar to the computer based version of the bwin site – you can access your account, check odds on a vast range of markets, deposit and withdraw money, and read news and stats.

If you prefer an application to using your phone’s browser, there is a downloadable Java app you can get sent to your phone. This works on most Java enabled handsets and you can get it by entering your mobile number on bwin’s website and following the instructions they will send to your phone.

As well as the mobile betting application, bwin also offer an app called Livescores, which lets you check current results in various markets providing you have a connection. This, again, in installed by requesting it to be sent to your phone number on the bwin website.

They do not currently have an iPhone App, but iPhone users can use the iPhone’s Safari browser to access the WAP site.

The final option bwin offer for customers via their mobile phones is an SMS update service, which users can choose to subscribe to when they place a bet. When the event, game, or race is over and the result official, it will be sent straight to your phone as a text message, with the outcome of your bet.

Bwin’s mobile options are excellent and among the most comprehensive in the market, with the Livescores application being a nice addition to the WAP and download options offered by many other bookmakers. The only thing really missing from their mobile arsenal is a good iPhone App, but their feature rich WAP site should be enough to keep iPhone users satisfied too.
