Third-ranked Sweden and 14th-ranked Austria will both be looking for their first wins when they meet at the IIHF World Hockey Championships on May 2nd. The Group C game will take place at the Steel Arena in Kosice.

In the 2011 Ice Hockey World Championships, Finland will take on Denmark in the first round. This game will take place on Saturday April 30th, 2011 at 16:15 – in Bratislava. Both of these teams are competing in Group D. The Czech Republic and Latvia are the remaining teams in Group D.

In the final game of the first round of games played in the 2011 Ice Hockey World Championships, Norway will battle Sweden. This game will follow the United States/Austria affair at Kosice. The date for these games is Saturday April 30th, 2011 – and this particular game will start at 20:15.

In game 7 of the 2011 Ice Hockey World Championships, the Czech Republic will take on Latvia. This game, along with all the games will be played in the country of Slovakia. This game will take place in Bratislava, and be played after the Finland/Denmark game. Finland and Denmark join the Czech team and Latvia in Group D.

In what many expect to be a fun game, Team USA will take on Team Austria in the first round of the 2011 World Championships of Ice Hockey. The entire event will take place in Slovokia, with two major venues being used. This game will take place in Kosice on Saturday April 30th, 2011 at 16:15.

Group D will feature the Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark and Latvia. Czech Republic comes in as the odds on favorite to win the pool.

As part of Group B; Switzerland will take on France at Kosice. This game will be played on Friday April 29th, 2011 at 16:15. This will be the first game for both teams. The remaining teams in group B include Belarus and Canada.

In one of the more interesting games of the 2011 World Championship of Hockey, team Slovakia will battle against Team Slovenia. Slovakia has a big time advantage, as the 2011 games are played in their home country. This game will be played on Friday April 29th, 2011 in Bratislava at 20:15.

In what could end up being a very interesting game, Belarus will battle Canada in the 2011 Ice Hockey World Championships. This game and all the games will take place on the country of Slovakia. This game will take place in Kosice on Friday April 29th, 2011 at 20:15.
